These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the t baj platform and all its services. By accessing the t baj website or app, completing registration, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using t baj's services. t baj reserves the right to amend these Terms in part or in full at any time, and continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

t baj's services are strictly for adults. Users must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and participate in any betting or casino activity on the platform.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• The user must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and your own.
• A person may open only one account — operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• t baj may request identity documents or proof of age at any time for account verification.
• Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until verification is complete.

2.2 Prohibited Use

Operating an account on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is strictly prohibited. Using bots, scripts, or any automated method to access the platform is not allowed.

To complete registration on t baj, users must provide accurate personal information. Name, mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method details must be entered correctly.

3.1 Account Security

• Keep your login password confidential and do not share it with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify t baj support immediately.
• The user is responsible for all activity carried out on their own account.

3.2 Account Closure

t baj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms, without prior notice. Users may also request closure of their own account at any time.

The following guidelines must be followed for financial transactions on t baj. All transactions are completed through secure and encrypted channels.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposits may only be made from an account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits via third-party accounts or credit cards are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the user's own name.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed until account verification is complete.

t baj offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own conditions which must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; wagering of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless specifically permitted.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, t baj reserves the right to close the account and cancel the bonus.
• t baj may change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All betting and gaming activity on the t baj platform is conducted according to specific rules. t baj's system records are considered final in determining results.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

• A bet that has not been successfully confirmed will not be considered accepted.
• Bets completed due to a technical error may be considered void.
• t baj reserves the right to cancel any bet placed with incorrect odds or information displayed in the system.

6.2 Casino Games

t baj casino offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing, and card games. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules of each game before starting.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

Any objection regarding the outcome of a bet or a transaction must be submitted in writing to t baj support within 72 hours of the result being published. Objections raised after this period may not be considered.

t baj provides weekly cashback benefits to users across three VIP tiers. Cashback is determined based on the net loss for each week.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Example: If a Silver tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week — they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback. After receiving cashback, t baj's standard bonus policy applies to its use.

By playing regularly and staying active on the platform, users can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers. t baj reserves the right to review tier status after a defined period of inactivity.

t baj believes that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial hardship. We encourage users to set their own gaming limits.

t baj offers self-limits, deposit limits, and self-exclusion tools to support adherence to the responsible gaming policy. Users may activate these features at any time.

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• A request can be made to temporarily close an account for a set period.
